1. Is the implementation aligned towards flexibility and transparency?
2. Does the implementation take into account any changes of the internal or external business environment?
3. Is progress shown in a visually comprehensible, transparent and understandable way?
4. Are bottlenecks identified to allow systematic control of the implementation of operational tasks?
5. Are the requirements/prerequisites sufficiently observed and the results included in the planning?
6. Are simple tasks and tools being used to improve communication and common understanding?

1. Ist die Umsetzung auf Flexibilität und Transparenz ausgerichtet?
2. Berücksichtigt die Umsetzung sowohl die Veränderungen von internen als auch externen Rahmenbedingungen?
3. Ist der Fortschritt transparent und visuell nachvollziehbar?
4. Wird die Umsetzung der operativen Aufgaben durch Erkennung von Engpässen systematisch gesteuert?
5. Werden die Voraussetzungen zur Umsetzung ausreichend beobachtet und entsprechend in die Planung einbezogen?
6. Sind einfache aktive Massnahmen zur Verbesserung der Kommunikation und eines gemeinsamen Verständnisses im Einsatz?
